Process Long-Read Count File (Bulk)

This function is deprecated. Use mpaqt_prepare_long_reads() instead, which supports multiple input pathways.

mpaqt_process_long_reads(count_file, index, output_dir)

Path to count file

index

An mpaqt_index object

output_dir

Output directory

Value

An mpaqt_counts_lr object (invisibly)
